Originally created for my Reiki students, these five pillars now support women of all backgrounds in living with more clarity, compassion, and purposeâwhether youâre a healer, a seeker, or simply someone craving more peace.

Meet Andrea
Founder of The SHINE School of Healing Arts & Creator of the SHINE Collective
Andrea Frasier is a Reiki Master Teacher, transformational coach, and spiritual guide who helps healers and heart-centered women reclaim their light and live in alignment with their soulâs true purpose.
Her journey began in 2005, when a personal health crisis led her to explore the deeper roots of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and depression. What began as a quest for healing became a lifelong devotion to the art of energy medicine, intuitive guidance, and soul-based living.
With a Masterâs degree in education and National Board Certification as a teacher, Andrea blends decades of experience in curriculum design, coaching, and intuitive healing. She is a graduate of the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA), a certified Soul Plan Practitioner, and the founder of multiple transformative programs including SHINE Reiki Training, Aroma Reiki Training⢠(her signature method integrating essential oils and Reiki), and The Chakra Activation Methodâ˘.
Her unique gift lies in helping emerging and established healers rediscover their soul mission, activate their inner wisdom, and develop the clarity and confidence to SHINEâwithout burning out or dimming who they are.
